Refund/Return Policy

At Flowers Forever, every flower is custom made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.

Custom-Made Orders

  • Refunds are not accepted on custom-made orders once production has started.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that your flowers is being crafted exclusively for you.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The item passes our quality inspection after we receive it.

If the product is returned in the same condition as it was sent, we will process a 100% refund.

Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it thoroughly.

  • Refunds will only be approved if the flowers shows no signs of using, alteration, damage, or misuse.

  • If the item fails inspection, the refund request will be declined and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed after successful inspection.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Custom colour or design changes requested after order confirmation are not eligible for refunds.

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
